This is an informational website for Slate Oak Games, the registered assumed name of Slate Oak LLC. The studio’s own website code does not provide user accounts, add an analytics SDK or advertising trackers, include forms that send information to a studio server, or set cookies. Hosting-provider analytics and cookies are described below.

OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites hosting records website traffic automatically. The studio can view aggregate unique-visitor and page-view counts, including totals over time. This host-provided measurement does not require an analytics SDK in the studio’s website code. Our hosting and delivery providers can add scripts and set cookies when you visit this website. OpenAI’s cookie policy lists the visitor cookie __Host-appgarden-visitor as an analytics cookie with a 90-day duration. Cloudflare uses cookies such as __cf_bm and cf_clearance for bot management and security checks; its cookie information describes their handling. These provider technologies are separate from the studio’s own website code. See the linked provider policies for their published practices.

The external hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and server logs, to deliver and secure the website. The provider’s own policies apply to that processing.

Links to other websites open services with their own privacy practices. If you contact the studio, email providers process your message. Game support uses Cloudflare mail routing and a dedicated Gmail inbox. Eligible support subjects and message bodies are classified by Claude, an AI service from Anthropic, and support records are also processed on our studio computer. Routine cases may receive an automatic acknowledgment or fixed answer; other cases are held for review. Attachments are not automatically opened. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information.

Support records and privacy requests

We use support information to handle requests, investigate problems, prevent duplicate replies and maintain delivery, security and business records. There is no fixed automatic deletion schedule for our support records; providers also retain information under their own policies. For access, correction or deletion requests, email support@slateoakgames.com and include the game name. We may need to verify a request; applicable rights and exceptions depend on where you live.
