Hollowrise
Tell us what happened.
If you are testing Hollowrise, or have a question about the game, email support@slateoakgames.com. Include the game name in the subject. You may receive an automatic acknowledgment; messages that need review are held for the studio.
Include the game title, version or build number, device and operating system, the steps that led to the problem, and any error message. If you attach a screenshot, check it for personal information first.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information.

Keep your saved data. Do not delete the game, reset progress, or remove saves to troubleshoot a problem. Tell us what happened before taking those steps.

Apple purchases and restoring access
For the planned iOS and Android offers, Standard Act I is free with Ranger. Unlock the Full Campaign is a planned USD $2.99 one-time non-consumable purchase including Pyromancer and Gunner, Acts II–V, Endless Mode, all seven Run Trials, Guardian Gauntlet, Chaos Rite and Spire Puzzles. Vanguard, Tempest, Alchemist and Soulbinder are separate planned USD $0.99 non-consumable hero add-ons each; they are not included in the campaign purchase. A separate hero purchase unlocks that hero, not the paid campaign acts or modes. Gilded Patron is a separate planned USD $0.99 cosmetic-only non-consumable with Apple Family Sharing OFF. Apple campaign Family Sharing remains configured ON; eligibility and the new hero products require release verification. Apple supplies localized prices when purchases are available; these base USD prices do not announce a live store offer.
When purchases are available, open the campaign purchase entry in the hall and choose Restore purchases with the Apple Account that bought the item. Restore purchases recovers verified purchased access, not deleted local progress. Gameplay is stored on the current device; cloud-save transfer is not included. For refunds, use Apple’s refund guidance; Apple decides eligibility.
Android: Google Play restore and refunds
When purchases are available in an authorized Android build, choose Restore purchases in the campaign purchase screen using the Google Account that bought the item. This rechecks owned access when Google Play is available; it does not recover deleted local progress. Keep the app and saved data while asking for help. For Google Play-billed purchases, follow Google Play’s refund request guidance; eligibility depends on the applicable refund process and no refund is promised. New Android hero products and current build access still require separate verification. Apple Family Sharing does not describe Google Play purchases.
Email replies and privacy
Use Hollowrise in your subject so the shared support service can route your message. Routine questions may receive an automated acknowledgment or fixed guidance. Messages flagged as sensitive, attachment-bearing messages and cases needing judgment are held for review. Automated checks may not identify every sensitive detail. Attachments are not automatically opened. A reply does not promise a fix or a response time.
Cloudflare routes support email to Gmail and our studio M4 computer. Eligible raw subjects and message text may be processed by Claude, an Anthropic AI service, for triage and summaries.
